ORDER PROCESSING
All ORDERS ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. This may be longer during our peak periods. Personal checks are held 7 banking days to clear before order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge. We accept credit cards through Paypal only.
BACKORDERS
We will notify you if an item is backordered. We ship backorders as soon as they come in unless you request a refund instead. After two weeks if any items have not arrived, they may be canceled and your money refunded.
DAMAGES & ERRORS
All of our orders are packed carefully to avoid damage during shipment. If damage occurs in transit then contact the carrier who delivered your order. If we made an error please contact us within 7 days. We will correct our mistakes at our expense.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items must be returned in original packaging. No returns after 14 days from receipt of items. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns unless the reason for return is due to our error. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. Exchanges are treated as a new order. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation. Send your return/exchange to:

No returns on sale items, special orders, discontinued or limited quantity items.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to be sure that our website reflects the latest price information for all of our products. Colors are representation only. Due to monitors, some colors may not be exactly as shown. We make every effort to describe the color and get the truest color on our pages.
