Wheel Facts

• Wheel holes can be drilled larger for wood screws and dowels.
  
  
• Wheels look great unpainted!
  
  
• To take the shine off of the Metal wheel, or for a time worn look, soak the Metal wheels overnight in vinegar or paint thinner and scrub with a toothbrush.
  
  
• Wheels look great painted!
  
  
• Spray flat or enamel paints work equally well. Before painting, soak Metal wheels in vinegar or use metal primer. Rust or black metal primer looks great alone.
  
  
• Wheels with flat sides can be glued together for a double sided wheel. Be sure to use strong cement glue made for bonding metals.
  
  
• Metal Wheels will not rust!
